My name is Elham Hamed — and I've been fighting my whole life.

I stepped onto the mat for the first time at 9 years old. MMA, grappling, competition — it became everything. The discipline, the grind, the community. But with every year of training came something else nobody talks about enough — the toll it takes on your body.

Back pain that made it hard to get out of bed. Shoulder injuries that kept me out of training for weeks. Elbow and knee pain that became a constant companion. For years I just pushed through it — the way fighters do. But pushing through pain isn't recovery. It's just delay.

I tried everything. Physio, ice baths, compression, rest. Some helped. Some didn't. Then I discovered two things that actually changed the game for me — massage therapy and red light therapy. The combination of deep tissue relief and red light penetrating into the muscle and joint changed how fast I bounced back. I was training harder, recovering faster, and feeling better than I had in years.

The problem? Getting access to both wasn't cheap or convenient. Professional red light devices cost thousands. Quality massage guns were another expense on top. For most people — fighters, weekend warriors, everyday people dealing with back pain and soreness — that just isn't realistic.

So I built Rubiplex.

A brand built around combining both therapies into tools that actually work, at prices that make sense. Every product we make is designed with one thing in mind — giving your body the recovery it deserves, whether you're an athlete pushing your limits, or just someone who wants to feel good again.
